ProLegal Lands Top 20 Spot on Inc. Regionals List Amid Explosive Growth

ProLegal has been ranked No. 18 on the 2026 Inc. Regionals list of the fastest-growing private companies in the Pacific, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion and evolution.
While the ranking itself reflects strong performance, the story behind the growth is more important. ProLegal has not simply scaled. It has taken a deliberate approach to reshaping how legal support is delivered by focusing on execution, integration, and long-term infrastructure.
During the ranking period, ProLegal achieved more than 513% growth, significantly outperforming the average company on the list. That level of acceleration is not the result of broad expansion or scattered product development, but rather is the result of narrowing focus and building with intention.
For years, the legal support ecosystem has been fragmented. Law firms have been forced to rely on multiple disconnected vendors for funding, transportation, operations, and marketing. Each service operates independently, creating inefficiencies that slow down cases and impact outcomes.
ProLegal approached the problem differently. Instead of adding more services, the company streamlined its focus around a core set of solutions that directly impact case performance and client experience.
Today, ProLegal is built around four primary offerings: Consumer Legal Funding, ProLegal Rides for national transportation on a lien, ProLegal Live as an operational extension of the law firm, and ProLegal Growth, a premium branding and web development agency exclusively serving law firms.
These services are designed to work together as a unified system. The goal is not to provide isolated solutions, but to create a connected ecosystem that improves efficiency, increases case velocity, and delivers better outcomes across the board.
This focused approach has allowed ProLegal to scale with discipline while maintaining a high standard of execution. Rather than expanding into every adjacent category, the company has concentrated on doing a few things exceptionally well and integrating them in a way that creates real value for its partners.
“This recognition isn’t just about growth, it’s about transformation,” said CEO Patrick Babaian. “The legal industry has been fragmented for decades, and we are building the infrastructure to change that. ProLegal is not just growing fast, we are redefining what legal support looks like for the next generation.
“We have made a deliberate decision to focus on what we do best and execute at an elite level. That focus is what is driving our growth, and we are just getting started.”
He added that the company is already preparing for its next phase of expansion.
“This milestone is significant, but we are already setting our sights on the Inc. 5000 list later this year, and we are coming for it with full force. In addition, we are preparing to launch several new products this summer that will further complete our ecosystem of solutions for law firms. While we are not ready to share details yet, we are extremely excited about what is coming.”
The Inc. recognition reflects a broader shift happening within the legal industry. Firms are increasingly moving away from fragmented service providers and toward integrated partners that can support multiple aspects of a case under one roof.
ProLegal is positioning itself at the center of that shift.
This milestone is not the destination. It is validation that the model is working.
The long-term vision remains clear: Build the infrastructure law firms rely on at every stage of a case, eliminate the inefficiencies that have held the industry back, and set a new standard for what legal support should be.
